I’m Claudia, with over 25 years’ experience running businesses in the health, wellness, and beauty therapy industries. My work has always been grounded in a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies through natural, supportive approaches to wellbeing.

Several years ago, after experiencing significant personal loss, I began living with unexplained daily aches and pain. Eventually, I was diagnosed by multiple neurologists with fibromyalgia, a complex neurological condition often linked to trauma and later developed cervical dystonia.

Like many others with these conditions, I found that even the experts had limited answers. Rather than relying solely on heavy medication, I started paying close attention to why some days were manageable and others were not.

Through this process, I discovered that far infrared technology — which I had previously been using for weight management — significantly reduced my pain and inflammation. The difference became undeniable when time away from infrared therapy resulted in daily reliance on pain relief, and the symptoms subsided again as soon as I resumed use.

After selling my other businesses, I dedicated myself to researching far infrared and related technologies in depth, driven by a strong desire to feel well again and to understand how this technology could support the body more naturally.

This journey led to the creation of ThermaNest.

Together with my partner, Kay, I worked with an international manufacturer to custom-design far infrared nests for home use — combining research, lived experience, and quality manufacturing to help others support their wellbeing from the comfort of their homes.
